How Your Prints Will Be Sent
Every print from Bembridge Photography is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to display or frame. I take great care in the presentation and protection of each order, treating your print with the same attention to detail that went into capturing the original photograph.
Premium 275gsm Lustre Paper
All prints are produced on professional-grade 275gsm lustre paper, which offers the perfect balance between a glossy and matte finish. This premium paper stock provides exceptional colour reproduction, sharp detail, and a subtle sheen that enhances the depth and richness of each image without creating distracting reflections.
The lustre finish is ideal for photography prints as it minimizes fingerprints and glare while maintaining vibrant colours and deep blacks. This archival-quality paper is designed to resist fading and will maintain its beauty for many years when properly displayed and cared for.
Protective Packaging
Each print is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Your print will be placed in a protective cellophane sleeve to guard against moisture and handling marks, then secured between rigid backing boards to prevent bending or creasing. The entire package is then sealed in a sturdy cardboard mailer designed specifically for photographic prints.
For larger prints, additional reinforcement is added to ensure maximum protection. All packages are clearly marked as containing photographic material to encourage careful handling throughout the delivery process.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every print includes a signed certificate of authenticity, confirming that your image is an official Bembridge Photography print. This certificate includes details about the photograph, the print specifications, and my signature, adding value and provenance to your purchase.
UK Delivery
Orders are dispatched promptly, typically within 2-3 business days of purchase. I use reliable UK courier services to ensure your print arrives safely and can be tracked throughout its journey. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, though this may vary during peak periods or adverse weather conditions. If you have a specific deadline or require expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
Inspection Upon Arrival
When your print arrives, please inspect it carefully while still in its packaging. If there are any issues with the print quality or if damage has occurred during transit, please contact me immediately with photographs of the issue. I stand behind the quality of every print and will work with you to resolve any concerns promptly.
